The late Peggy Carter served as a social worker in Putnam County, New York. For years she worked tirelessly to help families in need and today the Foundation continues her work to serve communities in the great state of New York. We are not limited to natural disasters or seasonal campaigns. We provide families assistance year round through rent assistance, scholarships, food and clothing drives, and much more.
